Hello to All,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer and making many memories with their families. Summer is one of my favorite times of the year except for the extreme temperatures and brown grass!!!!  The kids love swimming in the pools and can't wait for the darkness to fall so the children can see the lightening bugs to put them in their mason jars. Not to mention our favorite local amusement parks. Summer is down right a blast!!!!

I could use this space to provide you with a lot of statistics of men and women that Daryl and I have visited and how many came to know Christ, share testimonies and so on, but would that motivate YOU to get busy for God? In my time in the ministry I have seen a lot of folks come to know Christ as their Savior and many have a powerful testimony. I might not know their name, but God certainly does. I long for the day when we can sit down and talk of how Christ changed our lives together. But I see statistics as brag board of information that God cautions us against. Our mission in life is to share our testimony with others that we might win them to Christ. As Paul said “Be ready ALWAYS to give the answer to the HOPE that is in YOU when someone asks it of you.” But there is the first step that must be done before you can do that! If you have a hard time witnessing, or even feeling the hope that is in you, it is because you are not a usable vessel, you must sanctify your heart FIRST.
